As a certified Life Coach, Yogi, and Reiki healer, I provide a safe, judgement-free space to help my clients recalibrate to calm. My 30+ year corporate career background managing teams and implementing strategic transformation is a huge part of who I am, and I bring this wealth of leadership development knowledge into my health and wellness coaching practice.<\/p><h4>Who I was<\/h4><p>I was someone going through the motions. While I longed for loving, healthy, meaningful relationships and experiences, I felt increasingly disappointment with life, others, and myself. On the outside, I appeared to be ok, but on the inside, I wrestled with anxiety, low self-worth, and unhealthy codependency.
