I guide women out of survival mode. As a Certified Adult Chair® Master Coach and RYT 200 Yoga teacher, I help women go from surviving to thriving. It’s time to slow down, become more present, and find practical and effective ways to manage stress and anxiety. It’s time to start living the life you desire.

The Adult Chair® model was introduced to me at a time in my life when I felt lost. I was living life on autopilot and about to crash. While listening to Michelle’s podcasts, I was also working with my own coach and focusing on my personal work within the supportive TAC Community (The Adult Chair membership). I was able to break free from codependent tendencies, learn how to say no, ask for what I need, and create better, more authentic relationships in my life.
Now, as an Adult Chair Master Coach, I can attest both personally and professionally to the impact of The Adult Chair model. I have seen it work both in my life and in the lives of my clients, and I hope you will experience the transformation for yourself.
